INFORMAL DRAFT RULES FEEDBACK
Provide feedback on draft rules before they are approved by NJEDA’s Board.
NJEDA will post draft rules on this website for public input as they are developed.
FORMAL RULES FEEDBACK
Provide formal public feedback on the proposed rules approved by our Board.
All proposed rules will have a formal APA public comment period once proposed rules are published.
