NJEDA Brownfields Redevelopment Incentive Program Information Session
Applications for the NJEDA Brownfields Redevelopment Incentive Program will be available on-line soon. This program offers a one-time transferable tax credit for environmental remediation, abatement, and demolition activities to allow for the redevelopment of brownfield sites. Elizabeth Limbrick, Director of Brownfields at the NJEDA, will provide an overview of the program followed by a discussion of eligibility considerations to qualify for this program.
