Listening Session: Cultural and Arts Facilities Expansion (CAFE) Program

NJEDA is soliciting informal feedback on the draft rules for the new Cultural and Arts Facilities Expansion (CAFE) tax credit program. Under this new program, capital projects of at least $5 million are eligible for tax credits of up to $75 million. NJEDA has drafted rules to administer this program in accordance with the underlying legislation. This listening session is a chance for potential applicants, communities, and other stakeholders to provide suggestions on the program rules. Developers, arts professionals, municipalities, and nonprofits are all encouraged to attend. Please join us to learn more about this new program and provide feedback.
